ASC SkillsPath
Digital Skill Profiles and Individual Learning Pathways for Inclusive Employment
ASC SkillsPath supports the transition of autistic learners from vocational education and training into employment by making strengths and competences visible, evidence-based and understandable for learners, educators and employers.
From assessment to employment
A strength-oriented competence pathway
The project combines accessible assessment, personalised support, continuous skills tracking, micro-credentials and a portable Digital Skills Passport in one coherent pathway.
What the project changes
Competence recognition that connects VET and work
Evidence-based profiles
AI-supported baseline assessment translates multimodal performance evidence into structured competence profiles instead of relying only on conventional assessment formats.
Personalised pathways
Where competence gaps are identified, targeted support pathways and reassessment create a measurable assessment-to-improvement loop.
Portable recognition
Validated competences are translated into micro-credentials and an evidence-based Digital Skills Passport that can be understood across education and employment contexts.
Employer connection
Employers co-design competence descriptors and matching scenarios so that learner strengths can be linked to real job requirements and inclusive recruitment.

Co-design
Nothing about us without us
Autistic learners and neurodivergent young adults, VET professionals, employers and HR stakeholders are involved in co-design, piloting and validation. The project combines accessibility-by-design with real VET and labour-market contexts.
